Distribuzione

Le 2 specie note di questo genere sono diffuse sull'mwdwisola di Sant'Elenacite-ref-gnaphosidae-1-0[1].

Tassonomia

Il nome di questo genere è in sostituzione di mwfgActaeodes mwfwBenoit, 1977c, in quanto già precedentemente occupato da mwgamwgqActaeodes mwggDana, 1851, genere di mwgwcrostacei mwhadecapodi della famiglia mwhqXanthidaecite-ref-gnaphosidae-1-1[1].

Non sono stati esaminati esemplari di questo genere dal 2007cite-ref-gnaphosidae-1-2[1].

Attualmente, ad aprile 2015, si compone di 2 speciecite-ref-gnaphosidae-1-3[1]:

• mwlgBenoitodes caheni (mwmaBenoit, 1977)cite-ref-2[2] — isola di Sant'Elena
• mwngBenoitodes sanctaehelenae (mwoaStrand, 1909) — isola di Sant'Elena
